Race HQ and registration is over two venues.

First is at Juniper Hall, Old London Road, Dorking, RH5 6DA. Runners can register there between 1000 and 1130 on race day OR they may select registration at the Start Venue - Amberley Museum, New Barn Road, Amberley, Arundel, BN18 9LT between 1230 and 1330 on race day.

Runners registering at Juniper Hall can opt to get the coach to the start (no additional cost).

Race Start is from Amberley Museum at 1400.

The finish is also back at Juniper Hall. Runners will be fed and there are rooms to sleep and get some rest before travelling on from the end of the event.

Runners may leave a bag there for the duration of the event which is in addition to the drop bags that will be taken to the aid stations for them. Runners can also deposit a bag to be taken to Juniper Hall, at Amberley Museum.

There is no parking on site at Juniper Hall the few spaces there will be used for race officials, volunteers and for runners to be collected after the race. Parking details for those looking to leave a vehicle whilst they running, are available below.

Accommodation

Runners may stay at Juniper Hall overnight on Tuesday 10th December pre-race for a fee of £38.

Bedrooms range from low occupancy to larger dorms. Obviously rooms will be single sex and we will try to spread everyone out as much as possible to ensure the best possible nights sleep for you all.

If you'd like to book accomodation for the Tuesday night pre-race for either you and or your crew please visit the link here (to follow).

There are plenty of options for accommodation in Dorking beyond the start venue, including the Mercure hotel just down the road.

Rail

The nearest rail station to Juniper Hall is Dorking Station, which is 1.6 miles away and a simple walk.

The nearest rail station to Amberley is Amberley Station which is adjacent to the start venue and shares the same car park.

Road

Juniper Hall is easily accessible via road and runners may be dropped off at any time during the registration window. However as mentioned above, runners may not leave a vehicle on site over race week. The closest places to leave vehicles for the duration of the event are on the road alongside Ryka's Cafe or at the Just Park Car Park opposite the Mercure Hotel (click here for details and pre-bookings). All are within 0.5 miles of Race HQ.

Runners may access Amberley from 1200 on race day but NOT before. Runners can park for free in Amberley Museum Car Park and may leave a vehicle there at their own risk, for collection after the race.
